  • Applicant must be 18 years or older with a current, valid California Driver's License or ID
  • Member in good standing with El Monte Community Credit Union, no credit union delinquencies or negative balances with one year of membership
  • El Monte Community Credit Union checking account with Direct Deposit or minimum Payroll Deduction of $250
  • Must be employed with current employer and receive a monthly income. Proof of income required
  • Automatic loan payment is required from your El Monte Community Credit Union savings or checking account
  • One Quick Loan per household – minimum loan amount $1,000, maximum loan amount $2,000
  • Only one Quick Loan per member may be outstanding at the time of application
  • The rate is 25% APR* with auto payment from your EMCCU savings/checking account
  • Maximum term 12 months
  • No credit check required
  • Member can't have a payday advance loan when they have an outstanding Quick Loan
  • The Quick loan must be paid in full before another loan can be granted
